My mate lives right next to an ongoing construction site in Dubai, and while spending an afternoon with him I was standing by the window and saw these workers hammering away at this portion of the foundation.
Oh, and remeber that rule I once ranted about on With Tired Eyes ([link])? The one which gives a 3 hour break for workers? Well, apperantly that law is only in motion during the months of July and August. Hurrah for UAE labour rules =/
